Can I cancel my order or return purchased items?

You may return items or cancel purchases within 14 days of the purchase date, with the exception of Special Order items and products that are non-returnable. Eligibility for returns and refunds is governed by Decking Supplier comprehensive Returns & Refunds Policy.

Policy details

1. Order modification or cancellation.

Should you need to modify or cancel your order, contact Decking Supplier at your earliest convenience. We will make every effort to fulfill your request, provided that your order has not already been processed.

2. Restocking and cancellation charges.

Please be advised that our store has implemented a 30% restocking fee applicable to all decking, lumber, and select hardware items. This fee will be charged on any returns of these products. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy. Decking Supplier is committed to providing high-quality products at competitive prices and aims to meet your expectations. However, due to the significant handling costs associated with the oversized, large, and heavy nature of some of our products, changing or canceling your order incurs substantial expenses. These include returning products to the manufacturer's distribution centers and storing returned or canceled items in our warehouse, leading to extensive handling costs. 

3. Return Process.

Items intended for return must be sent back to the Decking Supplier warehouse at 6200 Tomken Rd Unit-D, Mississauga, ON L5T 1X7 by the purchaser.

4. Non-returnable and special order Items policy.

We want to take a moment to clarify our policy regarding special order items and returns. Please note that as a decking supplier, we do not accept returns on special order items. It is the full responsibility of the homeowner or contractor to ensure that all quantities ordered are accurate and suitable for your project needs before placing an order. We understand that planning and executing a decking project requires precise coordination and we are here to assist with any questions you might have about product specifications and order quantities.
